You can schedule a session simply by contacting me via email, text or phone calls. We will have a brief discussion about what kind of counselling service will be most effective for you. I will provide you an appointment time and give you details of your appointment. This will then be sent to you in a confirmation email. Payment is accepted at the time of your appointment and you will be provided with a receipt via email. I try to reply to service requests within 48 hours.

I see it as my role to help you find the service you need. If I am not able to accommodate your needs, I will make recommendations to other counsellors and programs that will better suit your needs.
